1. Can I get a refund for my purchase?
A: Refunds are only provided if the product is found to be defective.

2. How do I log in to the site?
A: Click the "Login" button at the top-right corner of the website and enter your Grab-registered Gmail address to access your account.

3. I'm facing issues with payment. What should I do?
A: Please check your browser. Our payment system does not support Internet Explorer 11. We recommend switching to a supported browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

4. Can someone else collect my order if I chose self-collection?
A: No. All self-collection orders must be collected personally.

5. How long do I need to wait for my delivery (online purchase of Transport webstore items)?
A: Deliveries for purchases made online will take 1 to 3 business days upon the successful purchase of the item.

6. How much are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges are SGD 6.50.

7. Can I not choose the delivery option? Can I purchase my items immediately?
A: Yes. You can also select the self-collection option and make your way to Grab@Tampines to collect your items.
